Episode 24 - Elvin Jones Snare Feathering

In this episode we listen to and watch Elvin Jones feather quarter notes on his snare drum. He does this as a comping device and as a way to broaden his quarter note pulse. While rhythmically simple this snare feathering is very hard to play with dynamic control and groove!
