Episode 25 - Brian Blade Listening & Phrasing

In Episode 25 we check out legend Brian Blade and his ability to listen to and musically phrase with his fellow musicians on the bandstand. In this episode we hear him cap phrases, play over the bar line with Joe Lovano's phrasing, copy articulations and phrasing, as well as use his ability to use his ears to find solo vocabulary from Joe Lovano.
